ST. CROIX COUNTY, Wis. (WEAU/Gray News) - A man is accused of sexually assaulting two students he met while working as a school employee in Minnesota.Derrick Pfeffer, 42, is charged with 10 felonies in St. Croix County, Wisconsin:Repeated sexual assault of the same child (at least three violations of first- or second-degree sexual assault)Three counts of child enticement for sexual contactThree counts of sexual assault of a child by a person who works or volunteers with childrenSoliciting a child for prostitutionGrooming a child for sexual activity by a person in a position of trustExposing a child to harmful descriptionsAccording to a criminal complaint filed Friday, Oct. 2, the victim was 15 when the alleged assaults began.The complaint says Pfeffer formerly worked as a learning center supervisor at Hope Christian Academy in St. Paul Park, Minnesota, where the victim was a student.Pfeffer faces similar child sex crime charges in a separate Minnesota case.
