Highway segment in Polk County, near Winger, Minnesota, to be closed

WINGER, Minn. — A span of highway in rural Polk County will be temporarily closed. According to a release from the Polk County Highway Department, a portion of CSAH 1, four miles west of Winger, Minnesota, will be closed starting approximately Monday, Sept. 28. The closure will allow for workers to replace a culvert. Traffic will be detoured to CR 204. The closure is likely to take at least a week.
