Thousands of students in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota are currently pursuing educational opportunities at technical colleges. Statistics show approximately 15 to 20% of all postsecondary students in this tri-state region choose to attend technical or community colleges, and a large percentage of those students are pursuing certification in construction trades. With increased emphasis on trade careers, both the area colleges and construction managers are working together to provide the right training and opportunities.
